You can go out in the sun while taking an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor.

Rarely, people taking an ACE inhibitor may get a skin rash or itching from going out in the sun. Contact your doctor if you notice any skin changes or rashes after starting an ACE inhibitor.

Remember to always protect yourself from the sun. Cover your skin and use sunscreen.

You can have fun in the sun!
